The service was exceptional, promptly addressing any issues and even adjusting the bill as a fair resolution. The location, although not the most scenic, was sufficient for a family stay. The dining experience was decent, offering some hot food choices. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and quietness of the rooms, and having a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. Definitely the best setups I've seen in a Best Western for accommodating my family.

The hotel was much quieter than we expected it to be with clean and spacious rooms, albeit small for the number of rooms in the hotel. The service was excellent and responsive to requests, except for an instance of staff smoking marijuana during their shift in the parking lot. The location was perfect for short walks, despite being surrounded by strip motels and fast food joints. The dining experience offered a variety of options, from superb sausages to decent breakfast choices. Overall, the hotel met our expectations with some areas that could be improved.
